You will need to have the latest Instagram bar version 4.0.2 and the previous working Instagram version bar.

1. Sideload Instagram v.4.0.2 to your BlackBerry 10. (Z10, Q10, Q5) It will say incompatible camera and so on. Ignore that. Close the App.
2. Sideload the working version It will prompt you to sign in but that is the old version. Don't sign in but close it.
3. Uninstall Instagram v4.0.2
4. Sideload again Instagram v4.0.2 and open it, it will prompt you to sign in and voila, it works! Note it will only allow you to view the video post but not able to post video Instagram. Do not delete any icon but rather put one of it at another folder.
However, one thing I realized about using Instagram version is the inability to compose a comment, the space bar won't work. To overcome, I use

Alternatively, you can also login to Instagram.com on your BlackBerry browser and comment. If you are using Q10, you can just go ahead and type your comments and use the cursor and use space bar to align your text.
Alternate Method for Advanced User:
There is another tedious way without having to load 2 different version of Instagram App in your BlackBerry and that is to go through a process of converting Android Native App 2.3.3 APK to BlackBerry BAR.
